ATMOSPHERE

The Atmosphere Network is a proposed global network designed to capture and separate atmospheric gases for storage, processing and industrial utilisation. The network is conceived as a multi-gas atmosphere resource network capable of selectively extracting and returning gases to the atmosphere. At incompletion, the Atmospheric Network capability can actively regulate atmospheric gases concentrations— for example removing CO₂ when concentrations need to fall and returning CO₂ when concentrations need to rise. The atmosphere network allows for controllable greenhouse gases, resulting in controlled radiative forcing, to control climate and weather. The system's design allows for exceptionally rapid atmospheric intervention, capability to reduce global CO₂ concentrations below pre-industrial levels in under 60 seconds and subsequently increase them if required.
